After payment is received from the apartment for your lease, you will need to fill out a rebate form.
REBATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All customers who have leased an apartment must complete a rebate request form.
a. All rebates are subject to the commission Spirit Real Estate Group is receiving from the property.
b. The property referred to you by Spirit and has agreed to pay our invoice.
c. “Spirit” must be listed on the guest card and application as your referral source.
d. Should the property pay a reduced commission, then a reduced incentive will be provided.
e. Rebates are mailed out once payment has been received from the property, typically 4 to 8 weeks after move in, depending on the property’s invoice processing time.
f. If the rebate check is lost or stolen, a new check can be reissued but with a $25 stop payment fee for the existing check.
e. Rebate checks that are not cashed or deposited within 60 days from issuance date will be cancelled.
